cosmetic skincare+ making – When you think of beauty tips, do you think of the sweet stuff? Just for starters, I know I like to have a nice chocolate facial. There is also sweet stuff like sugar scrubs or vanilla steams.

Nevertheless, all that stuff is pretty expensive. I didn’t even get a full massage and my last spa visit cost me over 150 dollars. Luckily, there are quite a few ways to give yourself the same sweet treatments in your own home. The main ingredient for these mouthwatering facials and masques? Of course it’s honey.

Here are just a few home-uses for honey that will have you feeling absolutely luscious in no time:

* Beauty Tips Using Honey #1: Bubbles are great - Just adding a cup of honey to your bubble bath will leave your skin soft and smooth. A loofah will help you skin look extra creamy and glowing. Then add 4 tablespoons of whole milk powder and you will feel like Cleopatra, who once used milk bathes to help keep her skin clear. If you bathe in any edible type products, just make sure you rinse down really well when you are done.

* Beauty Tips With Honey #2: Use a few different layers. - A really great egg white masque can be made by whipping egg whites, a tablespoon of honey and a tad bit of flour or unsweetened cocoa together until they make a thick paste. Heat your skin with a hot cloth for 3 minutes to open up your pores. Smooth the mask over your face. Keep it on for 10 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water and admire your fresh, youthful skin.

* Honey Do Beauty Tip #3: Make your own silky-skin toner. - Put a half a cup of honey, 2 cups of buttermilk and a half a cup of rosewater in an airtight container and mix together. A Tupperware with a screw-on lid works great. Thoroughly blend by shaking together really good. It will be runny and a cloudy color. You may then apply it with a cotton ball and your skin will be beautiful and toned.

The best honey should be used for these treatments. You just need a good sized jar of organic honey, which is less than 20 dollars, that hasn’t been treated with chemicals or preservatives. You will be able to use this honey for your beauty tips for months to come
