Can Kidney Stones Cause Pain In Your Arm And Chest?

i thought i had a kidney infection pain so bad in my kidney and lower back, doctor done an xray and thinks he sees kidney stone. in my right kidney can this cause my right arm to throb and give chest pains? i’m on pain meds but i’m so sick i don’t want to take them.

    No, kidney pain is local. Chest and arm pain could be from a cardiac problem. You should get your heart checked out soon.

    The pain meds will cause you to have an upset stomach… didn’t the doctor also prescribe meds to calm the upset stomach the pain meds will cause? I never had any pain in my arm or chest when I had kidney stones passing… but the pain you have is as painful as having a baby. uggh I hope I don’t get them again.
