December 4th, 2009 by admin Leave a reply »

i usually always have chest pain. it comes and goes through out the day. its never a deep pain or tightness. it just on the surface of my chest and its always in a different spot. i probably eat more sodium than i should i know that sodium makes your heart work harder. so could this be what is causing the chest pain?

Yes, most likely. But if you have problems, why don’t you cut your sodium intake then?

probably. it would most likely cause an elevation in blood pressure and it might cause water retention
