I have really bad chest pain, the kind I get when I have a chest infection and I am short of breath and it hurts when I breath in deeply but I don’t have a cough. (Only a very, very slight cough)
I actually have swine flu at the moment, so I can’t go to the doctors or hospital.
Do you think its a symptom of swine flu or is it a complication? I am taking tami-flu and thats helped with all the symptoms apart from this one which just seems to be getting worse 
Please help.

If you are short of breath now, then it seems to me that you should go to the hospital. If you give them a call ahead of time, they can know to put you straight into isolation so that you won’t infect other people. Then they can check you out and see why you are having this pain, and they may be able to help with the shortness of breath as well. I hope you feel better soon.
