Does Stress Cause Chest Pain And Difficulty Breathing?

January 7th, 2010 by admin Leave a reply »

I feel as if I’m going to have a heart attack before I’m 40..I an constantly suffering from intense stress and its to a point to where my chest starts to ache(my left side/heart) and I have difficulty breathing. Occasionally I start to get extremely angry and just hold it in, but I show it.
Is this normal of stress and what exactly does it point to?

  1. CB says:

Anxiety does that to you. If you want reassurance ask your doctor for a physical. Chances are you’re heart and general health are fine. but holding in your anger can cause problems for you in the future and your doc can send you to someone who can help with that. good luck :)
