Dr Told Me I Have Walking Pneumonia. I Was Given Meds, But What Can I Do About This Chest Pain?

It may even be lung pain. Anyone ever have this and have some good remedies/advice?

    Hi, hon — this is really rough. You want to make sure that the air in your room is sufficiently warm and humid. Heat and humidity is good for your lungs. Take long hot showers and hot baths, that kind of thing. It’s also a good idea to put just a dab of eucalyptus oil or tea tree oil on a hot washcloth and inhale the fumes — that is good to help clear your lungs.
    Consider using Vick’s on your chest. The warmth and vapors are good for your chest.
    Sit up as much as you can. Avoid laying down. (I had to sleep sitting up for 2 weeks — very difficult!)
    Take care of yourself, take your meds as directed, and good luck to you!
