Have You Ever Felt A Short Of Breath Without A Chest Pain?

September 12th, 2009 by admin Leave a reply »

I had this weird feeling in my chest area when I was relaxing with my stomach full of Chinese food from a buffet. I was so full. I came home from eating out. I didnt have chest pain, but noticed something came out of my chest. Or is it from being full? I know Chinese food are junk. Im not over-weight. Im 37, 195lbs, non-smoker, eat small meals daily, excerise 4 times a week.
Thanks!

you could be reacting to MSG, Chinese food is notorious for containing mono sodium glutamate there are many different opinions on the effects this has on the body, check out various websites relating to msg effects, its quite an eye opener

I’ve had that once or twice after over eating OUT (Asian), I’ve never had it over eating at home. I think they put too much sodium glutamate or something like that (sorry, forgot the right word)

sounds like too much MSG….i get a similar pain in my neck along the artery and doc told me it’s best to stear clear of chinese for that reason…i also have no aliments that would cause me to feel ill otherwise
