I had a heart attack in 2007.. My pain began in my left hand and then traveled up my arm, to neck and chest area.. my arm then begin to feel oddly heavy..I began to feel very short of breath and very weak, was afraid I was going to pass out. Doctors said I got to hospital just in time,, Was starting to go into cardiac arrest and had no blood pressure..
I was told you dont mess around with chest pain.. if you even suspect you may be having a heart attack, call 911.. I had my son drive me to hospital..they said if you call an ambulance paremedics will begin to treat you as soon as they arrive at your home, plus they notify hospital of your condition, so hospital is ready for you when you get there..

    YES
    The typical signs of a heart attack are:
    * Chest pain
    * Sudden, severe, oppressive, or burning pain in the front left chest area, but may be in the upper abdomen, back or jaw occur, often radiate pain into the left arm;
    * Anxiety, narrowness;
    * Sudden severe shortness of breath or unconsciousness or severe dizziness.
    The better if you consult with a doctor..

    Yes this could be signs of a heart issue, I would def get into the hospital ASAP, if you feel you cant get yourself there then obviously call an ambulance. On the lighter side it could also be a panic attack, I’ve gone to the hospital 3 times thinking I am having a heart attack and every time they tell me either panic attack or indigestion.

    -doppler of your left arm- you may be having a thrombus in
    your left arm
