Assuming there’s little to no cardiovascular damage, any pain should last a few hours at most. A modest amount of damage could produce (mild?) chest pain for several days. The location of any damage is very important and if problems persist, a doctor should be consulted.
Any pain at all is a warning sign that you should cut back on stimulants and focus on a healthier lifestyle. Note that chest pain is common enough that it could be a coincidence, but I find this unlikely.
