or it could be the problem of kidney or lever, as i have already gone through ECG, blood test chest x ray & thyroid test every thing is clear just have a bit low hemoglobin & RBC. I do not feel comfortable & feel very nervous & restless.sometimes. my doctor says that its just a psychological effect can anybody please clear my doubt?

it could be that you carried something really heavy…or something..
i dont think you have heart disease…if you breathe normally and stuff….
then its all good :) if you continue to feel it more than 1 month, then see another doctor to remove all doubts…
hope you get better ;) anddont worry about it….i’ll mention yu in my prayer today =) !

Very unlikely to be a heart problem. You have had the ECG. Heart pain would increase by physical activity. If you do not experience abnormal increase of pain during running or climbing the stairs, forget about the heart and concentrate on other things. Chest pain can result from a lot of other conditions including arthritis and gastro-intestinal conditions (the latter is more likely, if you are a nervous type). Concentrate a little bit on these two possibilities. Your chest joints might have been inflammated, or your stomach or intestinal system might be suffering. Try to comfort those two areas.

Most likely a combination of something you ate and psychological symptoms. Try to change your diet up a little and also find ways to bring peace to your mind and body. (Example: Calm dead sea salt bath, slow subliminal music, and closing your eyes while forming positive thoughts to replace any negative stress flow)
If after doing this and it continues……it wouldn’t hurt to check with a health Doctor.

You have ANEMIA and until that is fixed you will experience chest and heart pains. See another doctor and ask him to investigate where your anemia is coming from. It could be from low iron or folic acid or vitamin B12 or others.

just gas pockets man. i suffer from the same thing occasionally. doctor confirmed it. it feels like a sharp pain coming from my heart (or vicinity) but doc said it was air bubbles or to some effect like that. if he says i’m good i dont trip.

maybe you just need more oxygen or some more blood in your system, cook a lamb to medium rare and eat it, this is very healthy for you, if it makes you feel better, eat more.

    could be heart
    could be lungs
    could be panic attack
could be your nerves as doctor seems to think.
