A friend told me that the chest pain is causing pain in my right breast coming from th chest wall. Is this true or could the pain in my breast be breast Cancer? Im worried. Help!

Chest pain could be related to stress but could not..Depends on your height, weight, general health, exercise habits etc etc…
Any pain in the body is not normal so id advise you to go see your dr immediately since chest pain is a SERIOUS thing
Pain from breast cancer is a maybe…IF IN DOUBT, CHECK IT OUT!
have you had a breast exam or mammogram recently?
If not then shudnt u be doing that dear?
Your friend is not a doctor so i advise you to go see one ASAP…
btw a heart attack cud be worse than breast cancer depeneding on how u look at it
