a muscle has been pulled.. try to inhale deeply and slowly, then exhale through pursed lips slowly for maybe as long as 10 seconds or more..

it is due to the raise in you blood pressure. which means that you get way too stressed, or that you already have high blood pressure and the stress increases it higher. you should get that looked into by a doctor. you should also monitor your blood pressure and see if it is hypertensive. if it is you are hypertensive then a myocardial infarction (heart attack) is a serious possibility.

dont wait around it could be something serious, even without restricting your breathing.get to a dr. anytime you have chest pain.

I had a similar situation a little over a year ago. I would deff advise seeing your doctor.
Chest pain can be caused my a million things (IE: high blood pressure, clotting, valve issues, irregular heart beat, prescriptions, stress, smoking, etc.) Your doctor will be able to make sure it’s not life-threatening or a chronic issue.
Then, if it is anxiety, your doctor may also be able to help you find a resolution.
    Good luck :)
