I Have Some Chronic Chest Pain From A Car Accident. Would An Inversion Table Help Me?

September 21st, 2009 by admin Leave a reply »

I sometimes feel like I’ve broken a rib (not really, but that’s what it feels like), and I have pain moving my arms in ways that require my chest muscles. Lots of shoulder and neck pain too.

Go see a doctor of chiropractics. More than likely you have something out of alignment in your spine causing the chronic chest pain, and the pain when you move your arms requiring the chest muscles. I was rear ended, and I had the same symtoms. This is usually caused from a whiplash. Even after the treatments, it took almost 6 months to finally be pain free. I also have an inversion table that I use to stretch my spine, so you could give this a try first.
