Have your doctor check your blood pressure.

Alot of people have an irregular heartbeat and this causes no problem.I know a person that has palpatations from going up stairs and they are a like you and are slightly overweight.Just because your slightly over weight isn’t causing the problem but it will put more stress on the heart.
The person finds that their pulse will be strong and fast and to be honest you can’t stop it until you have a rest. What happens is that in your heart you have the SA NODE which controls the electrical pulses which make your heart open and close. A person with severe palpataions(on end without stopping for hours or days)has the SA NODE but from the SA NODE are others smaller sa nodes meaning your heart can’t keep up with the rate as it is recieving double the electrical pulses it shouuld be causing heart rate to go sky high and you will become short of breath. To fix the problem you may have oblations(surgery) or have a pacemaker fitted to stop the heart rate going too high. However you are considered young and many cardiologists will put you on tablets to see if that will keep it under control.
My advice is to go to your GP and if necessary they will refer you to a cardioilogist.

Have a Doctor monitor your heart rythem, blood pressure, blood sugar levels. Chances are it due to stress and may even be attributed to a Panic or Anxiety attacks. A doctor can perform an EKG and do some simple blood work and blood pressure monitoring to rule out anything major.

Everyone has palpitations from time to time. But if yours are increasing in frequency, see a doctor. You might have a cardiac insufficiency of some kind. I would not engage in any truly strenous work or workouts until you get it checked. Good luck.

just because there isnt pain doesnt mean there isnta problem with your heart, go to the dr asap. if its leading to something serious, you can get it fixed now before its too late.

Maby its because your posture isn’t good and you are putting a strain on your heart causing these chest pains.
