Working in the heat can magnify or bring to light these symptoms. I recommend going to your local pharmacy and testing yourself on their blood pressure machine... for your age your blood pressure shouldn't exceed 120/80... pay close attention to to the top number...if exceeds 140 then you should find a way to consult a doctor IMMEDIATELY. Also notice your resting heart rate...anything over 75-80 is uncommon. Good luck! You would be dead by now. Cheat pains around the heart, pain down the arm and back, maybe upset stomach are symptoms of a heart attack. But, it would be something else regarding the heart if you have other health problens. I would see a doctor.
