Worried, no. Concerned, yes. I’d schedule an appointment with my doctor. Of course if it concerns you that much, next time it happens go to the hospital.
It could be serious, then again it could just be stress. It also depends on the pain in the chest. If the pain is a “lightning pain” that “streaks” across the chest, it’s most likely stress. However if it radiates down your left arm or up the left side of your neck or jaw, see a doctor pronto.

my daughter had the same symptoms it was hypoglycemia see your doctor and eat healthy
could be any number of things. do you have low blood pressure? do you have a cardiac history? Are you on new meds or a diet? how healthy is your lifestyle in general? Do the symptoms happen independently or together?
Have your BP checked out (go to the drug store for a quick reading). Make an appointment with your doctor to discuss your concerns. If the chest pain radiates into any other part of your body call 911
Could be:
1.Panic/anxiety attack
2.Heart attack
3.Asthma attack
4.Pneumonia or pleurisy
5.Pulled chest muscle
Go to your doc or the ER. Only they can find out for sure which one, if its not something else.
Go to your nearest E.R, get an EKG done. I think you shoud definitely be worried, especially if your chest pain is accompanied by lightheadedness.
What do you think?
circulatory problem…….clogged arteries….or heart…..see your doctor…….asap
