Severe Sharp Chest Pain When I Eat Or Drink?

February 18th, 2010 by admin Leave a reply »

The doctor yesterday did not take an x-ray because I have a history of pneumonia.
I have been taking me perscription, but I feel worse then yesterday. I get severe sharp chest pain every time I eat or drink anything, I’m struggling even to drink water right now, even though I’m thirsty.
It’s terrible. I have a history of pneumonia and asthma, but I’ve never had this. When will this go away? Help! :(

you don’t experience severe sharp chest pain with pneumonia or asthma. that must be something else. a nerve might be involved causing you to feel pain. or might also be something involving your heart. i suggest that you to go the the hospital right away so that you can be checked and treated especially now that it’s affecting your eating or drinking. take note of the duration of your pain, the area, intensity, frequency and all other important info about your pain so you can properly inform the hospital.

Seems more like chronic acid reflux.
