Pneumonia is a good possibility. Pneumonia can give you chest pain that increases with inspiration. You could also have Pleurisy. You should see a physician to determine just what it is and you may need treatment. If you develop any SOB with exertion go to the doctor for a chest XRAY. Eventually it went away on it's own, but once it was so bad I couldn't get out of bed. Don't trust that yours will just go away though, I feel lucky that mine did. Go to your doctor.
