It may be nothing but it can also be AF, it is when the heart rhythm goes out of time and the heart is not pumping efficiently, it means that your heart is at a higher risk of developing clots which increases risk of stroke and heart attack. It may be nothing but you should definitely get it checked out. The chest pain could be associated to the lack of oxygen in your blood stream (because heart not working efficiently) your heart start working anaerobically and you get a build up of lactic acid (the same as sore muscles). You need to stop exercising if this happens and I would be seeing GP before I worked out much anyway.
You may also be stimulating vagus nerve which slows the heart rate down, usually you will feel light headed and nauseous with this as well though.
Don’t panic but get it checked out. Better to be safe than sorry, especially when it comes to your heart.

For some1 who lifts weights (and therefore SHUD be quite muscly) your weight is worryingly low… unless ur tiny Lol.
Do you get enough energy? Too much work out and no energy means ur body is nurturing on muscles. your heart is a muscle… I’d go to a GP and get a nutritionist involved if necessary..
