about 2 weeks ago i started experiencing upper back pain on the right side of my body around the shoulder blade area, about 2 days later i noticed when i took deep breaths i had an increasing pain in the upper right chest area (about 3-4″ up from the nipple). ive tried aleve, motrin, asprin, and tylenol and aleve seems to dull the pain slightly but not much. i didnt take pain meds hardly at all, probabally once on the first day when i noticed back pain and thats all. about after a week had finally passed the pain almost all went away then it came back again but now its on the left side and has the same symptoms. i dont have health insurance (due to a forgotten bill – resumes beginning of next month).
then ill see doc if it dont go away by then. <– i know that sounds bad

Yeah i have the same thing. I can like squeeze my chest muscles and it will even pop sometimes. It is sometimes so bad i can not sleep. I have not yet been to the doctor but i am pretty sure it is a shoulder problem. There are so many moving parts, and nerves, that the slightest tweak is painful.
Could be a bad case of Gas… TUM, TUM, TUM TUMS….
