These weird symptoms have been going on for 3 days now and it’s not getting any better. I’ve been to the doctors twice this week and I’ve been to the hospital but they couldn’t find anything wrong with me. They assume its anxiety but even when I’m calm I still feel this terrible weird headache and my arms just feel like theres something crawling underneath. Plus I get weird chest pains like my heart is heavy. It’s scaring me.

Sometimes severe anxiety attacks can feel to a person like a heart attack. It’s really not anything completely serious. Your symptoms increase when you panic about the “condition”.
Take some deep breaths, eat well and make sure to get plenty of sleep. For your headaches, try some tylenol. Nothing with caffeine, because this can make the symptoms worse.
If you have had tests done at the doctor (I am assuming they have done an EKG), then most likely nothing is wrong and it is just anxiety. I know, I have the same problem. I have very weird pains and unexplained symptoms that often feel like heart issues, but everytime I go in, there is nothing wrong with me.
But if you truly feel there is more going on or even just to allay your fears, you can ask for additional testing. You are your own advocate. Often you have to push the issue and say that you want them done. Sometimes it does depend on your insurance and what they will cover for you, but even going to visit a cardiologist and get a stress test done is an option.
After you have had blood work and a stress test, if they all come back normal, then just learn to manage anxiety better and see if that helps the symptoms.
You have a ghost which is causing your symptoms.
Think of the art you have seen that depict the saints. Their halos represent spirits, which is what you are feeling with respect to your “weird headache.” The “crawling” feeling is also this spirit. Basically, you have become a saint, and the spirit’s presence is a blessing.
Try talking to it with your thoughts (telepathy). Begin by thinking, “hello, are you there,” or a similar type thought. You will hear its responses in your mind, as if they were your thoughts.
Anxiety can be funny like that . The brain works in weird ways, and even though you may “feel” calm and relaxed you can still suffer from anxiety attacks. The feeling in your arms sounds a lot like restlessness, where you feel like something is crawling under your skin and you cant stop moving them. The best thing to do, to help you relax I think would be to try and meditate. I know it sounds stupid, and Im no hippie but my doctor reccomended this for me and it was very very helpful!
