i have had severe chest pain im only 24 , its been going on now for 6 months it is miserable they told me i had pleurisy to begin with been taking daypro not helping whatshould i do the doctor said i may have a pinched nerve.

I would get a second opinion for starters, then I would suggest going to a Physio or chiropractor and massage, this can help a lot.
