Arthritis it sounds like. Perhaps you are low in a certain nutrient. Hmm...I'm thinkin iron?
Either way, you should go to the doctors whenever possible to see whats up. It could also be enimia. It might be serious.
Hope you feel better :]

see the doctor and get tested for meningiteous. that is the only posible thing wrong with you, unless your body is just achy because you are in the army after all. how long have you been in it? some people feel affects on their body their first few years in the army because their body is not used to so much work, but i assure you nothing is wrong, just maybe ask your doctor about a diet that will help you build stronger muscle and joints, like a diet rich in protein and vitamins. hope this helped!

I would call this extreme fatigue. Your whole body is tired, it is telling you to slow down, take time out. The fact the arthiritis tests came back negative to me say there is nothing physically wrong, albeit extreme tiredness of the body and mind.
Unwind a little, if you can take time out from work, have a long bath, engage in relaxation, go for a massage, these symptoms should eleviate.
The headaches could be dehydration, stress, fatigue, or all of these things. Go to another doctor for a second opinion if you are still concerned or you feel there is something more than what i suggested.
Alexis - i doubt, after 3 months of symptoms, that it would be meningitis. This would have been picked up by the doctor immediately, and after 3 months of living with meningitis, undiagnosed and untreated, he would possibly be dead.
I wouldnt worry that it is meningitis. I wish you well. .

Although some of your symptoms don't fit, it's possible you may have at least a component of fibromyalgia alongside some other muscle condition - regardless, I would suggest you aim to try and see a Rheumatologist to gain a more tailored diagnosis - negative blood tests for RA, etc aren't always the best guide as you can have false negatives, as well as false positives, plus many rheumatic conditions have symptoms long before blood tests prove them - only a Rheumy will be able to sort through this mix of symptoms for you IMHO :). Good news is that if it IS fibro, it's not progressive and won't kill you, bad news is that it's chronic, lifelong and liable to cause a lot of problems in a physical career such as yours, although there are more tailored treatments available now than before. But until you get a proper dx you won't know how best to move forward. But do some research on a good Rheumy in your area who does know about FMS or you may equally be given it as a wrong dx as well, which isn't what you need as that would cause more problems than it will solve. Good luck.
