		<description>If it is exclusively upon inhalation, it could be what is called a viral pleuritis.  It&#039;s nothing to be too concerned about, but it can be painful and usually just takes time for it to go away.  It usually follows a recent respiratory infection or cold.  
Sometimes it can be a sign of pneumonia as well, which is a bit more severe.  You can have viral pneumonia (which again takes time to get over).  You can also have bacterial pneumonia which often requires antibiotics to recover from.  If she&#039;s having a significant fever (ie, over 101), then she should probably see a doctor to rule out infection/pneumonia.</description>
