This started yesterday morning and has since returned twice. It last no more than a min. and all the info I can find states that heart attacks last at least a few minutes. I have had left arm pain,dizziness,coldness,and upper back pain along with sweating for a good while but now I also have the chest pain that comes and goes. This can happen even when I am resting. Anyone know what this could be?

yes anxiety can do it to you but if you’ve had it for longer than a year or two try checking out fibromyalgia i have and i think i’ve had it ever since i was in 3rd grade and now im in ninth but those are just a few of the many symptoms that come with fibromyalgia just google it look up your symptoms and if you are worried about it make an appointment with your Dr. and tell him or her your concerns
