There are other condition that can cause stomach and digestive problems other than Chrohn’s. No one knows what a friend has. He has to be very careful about what he eats.
Why not look into food allergies. You could have a wheat allergy. Try to find a place that can test for food allergies. (good luck in finding one). Someone I know with food allergies had some of your symptoms for years and felt wonderful after eliminating all wheat. You can eliminate all wheat – unless whole wheat, etc. doesn’t bother you, red meat, refined sugar and reduce your use of fat with Pam and something like I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter (which I really like). Since you mention so many symptoms after eating these foods, your problems have to have a connection to food.
You sound like the people on Discovery Health TV who have gone to many doctors over many years and finally find someone who diagnoses a little-known syndrome.

the symptoms you’re describing are exactly what my cousin had, turns out she was having liver problems. Ask your doctor for a liver function test to rule it out.

Some of it sounds like gall bladder symptoms. I have had some similar symptoms after eating those same foods. I had to have my gall bladder removed.
Can you go to better doctors? Maybe a better hospital?
Are you sure it’s not some kind of poisoning?
Have they tested your gall bladder?

Wide arrays of non-specific symptoms like these sound reminiscent of heavy metal poisoning. I’m not a doctor, so I couldn’t say which metal might be the culprit. However, metal poisoning is known for producing a wide array of symptoms which differ for different people.
You should talk to your doctor and ask about this.

I read a book about someone with similar problems. I wish I could find out the book’s name. Oh! “The Maker’s Diet”. The man who wrote this book suffered from something similar. He just changed his diet around, and became healthier. I’m not lying or making this up. I cannot believe I’m reading about a similar problem with another person.
He cut out red meats, and pork. He began to eat whole grains – bread, cereal, etc.
I looked it up, and apparently its a form of Crohn’s he had. He did have most, if not all, of the “symptoms” and problems you seem to be having.
Maybe you could check out the book in your local library instead of buying it, first.
Edit: DR’s practically ruled out the same diseases, too, btw, and his father was one of the DR’s.
2nd Edit: I do agree it sounds similar to IBS. Have they checked for GERD, or Gluten “allergies”?
