		<description>If I were you, I would let a Doctor listen to my heart.  You have classic symptoms of a heart event...it can ruin your whole day.  Kids younger than you have died from heart attacks. Lord willing it is nothing more than the flu, or you slept on something wrong, but just in case...
The breathing is a concern also, it may indicate you have fluid in lungs, or at the very least,  are having to work harder at pumping blood...therefore the heart is working harder.  Check your pulse, and blood pressure if you can.  Also, if nausea sets in, call 911.  Hoping for the best for you.</description>
