Why Am I Having A Sharp Pain In My Upper Chest When I Breathe?

Just recently when I take a deep breath the left side of my upper chest gets a sharp pain and it also aches as well. Anyone know why?

    Sounds like pleuritic pain. Causes range from chest infection to strained muscle to fractured rib(s) to.to.to.
    Depends on the history: recent strenuous activity, respiratory infection, trauma, etc. Get checked out for a chest infection if it gets any worse or changes in nature.

    tap on front left upper side of heart and same area on back and sing
    three times happy birthday to me
    repeat taping front singing and tapping right area on back
    tap on front right side of heart and count 100 downwards in steps of two .. twice …and tap on backside same area at the same time
    repeat tapping on right upper side of heart in front and
    right side on back …happy smiles
    place ellbows outward press back in different height levels
    when pressing back breath in happy smiles
