Advice About Chest Pain?

February 15th, 2010

I’m a 28 year old female, non-smoker, healthy. I came down with a cold over the past couple of days. It’s a typical head/chest cold: headache, some light coughing, sore throat, fatigue, aches and pains. I’ve been taking Tylenol Cold and am feeling better.
I woke up this morning with no fever, but with some pain in my chest (left side, front). It’s only noticeable when I move my left arm or shoulder (almost like I pulled a muscle), or when I take a very deep breath. Could this be just a cold symptom, or something more serious? It’s been like this for over 10 hours now.

Advice Needed….concerning Acid Reflux, arthritis And Chest Pain.?

January 11th, 2010

I am at a stand still with these symptoms. Couple months ago my acid reflex acted up so I take my nexium. Symptoms go away. My allergies are bad. I get steroid shots different times in the year. Next, my chest started feeling like it had a brick lying on it. Naturally, I assumed it was my allergies again. Next, somehow I got a kidney infection along with a yeast infection. Got rid of those but still had issues with my kidney infection. That is fine today except I have lower back pain which I associate wiht the 3 spinal blocks I have had during child birth. I made an appointment with my rhumatologist…..arthritis doc and had made one with my stomach doc but he wants me to see my regular doc to make sure it is not my heart…..Am I dying? I wake up with all these symptoms and I go to bed with them….Whats Up here? I am soooooo confused.

Chest Pain….need Advice Please?

January 9th, 2010

for the last few days…ive been having chest pain around my heart and sometimes it reaches bellow left arm pit accompanied by radiating pain to my left arm and hand. to some, those seem as classic symptoms of ANGINA, however, ive had this pain earlier this year and went to two different doctors…took blood tests, cardian enzymes,,,, ive done it all. and both doctors thought there was nothing to worry about. all results came out perfect! but this annoyes me so much. i feel it mostly in the pictoralis muscle….especially when i stand up, move my arm…also i find it difficult to breath. am quite young 29 y.o. what could that be???? i also suffer from anxiety and ive been stressed out lately…post graduate degree PLUS work. in addition, i worry too much….i get paranoid :) and i think the worse!!! during medical school ( 1998 dropped out) when i got the blood test results (for addmission) , i was convinced i had AIDS looooool
thanks guy

What’s The Deal With The Truth About Six Pack Abs?

September 20th, 2009

Are you looking to burn fat and develop a better set of six pack abs? If you are, read below for a Truth About Six Pack Abs review.

Truth About Abs is an ab workout plan created by Mike Geary, a personal trainer and nutrition expert. The program focuses on specific exercises and a nutrition plan to shed fat around both your waist and your body overall.

Tedious cardio workouts are not the most effective way to burn fat and reveal your six pack abs. This program will show you the exact types of unique workouts that produce 10x better results.

What can the program do for you?

First, the program is geared towards both men and women, which is a plus. Second, Truth About Abs does not put the focus only on ab exercises.

Instead, you’ll learn effective ab exercises AND fat-burning whole body circuits (some that are really neat). Ab exercises are important, but if you really want to have a rock hard midsection, you also have to burn the fat your body is carrying.

Third, Mike Geary will introduce you to a cardio plan that is quick yet effective. It’s a plan I’ve already been following so I know it’s great advice.

Fourth, you get a straightforward and effective nutrition routine because healthy eating is excellent for boosting your metabolism and burning fat. You even learn about foods that claim to be “healthy”, but will actually set you back in your quest for six pack abs.

So is Truth About Six Pack Abs worth trying?

Yes, it is. What I like best about Mike Geary’s Truth About Six Pack Abs is that it’s more than just an ab program…you really get a full body workout and nutrition plan that sheds body fat and gives you a flatter stomach. There’s a reason that he has 10’s of thousands of customers in over 100 countries…because his ab fitness program works.
