Tom Venuto – Burn the fat Feed the Muscle.

September 9th, 2009

In doing my research the name Tom Venuto kept coming up as a knowledgeable person in the weight loss industry.  He had a book called Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle and with a title like that it warranted a closer look.

There are a lot of fake weight loss experts roaming around out there. But once you meet with them, you realize they are fat and unhealthy and just trying to make some extra cash. Most of them do not possess any knowledge of fitness and do not know how to teach the people looking for their assistance.

After doing some research he showed to be an acclaimed bodybuilder and fat loss coach. I have no idea if this personal trainer is trained or educated, but the pictures show what he can do.

So this caught my attention as being practice what he preaches evidence.

There’s lots of buzz and talk in the marketplace and most of it’s good suggesting people are getting the results it promises. Especially when you’re talking about weight loss the most powerful evidence which allows someone to convince themselves the diet or workout system works are before and after photos of actual customers who’ve successfully used the system

I’m e’er a bit unbelieving by nature and so once something I’m looking at proves itself after my thorough search, the creator did it, and lots of another grouping followed his/her route and methods to do it then it becomes true to me.

It is common knowledge that a lot of mistruths exist concerning health and losing weight. There’s all kinds of lotions, potions and pills which claim to slash the weight off your midsection in 10 pound chunks which take only 24 hours to do.

Certainly we all know that you can’t just take a pill, sit around and do nothing and then lose 10 in a day with no effort.

It requires some workout exercises and energy or altering your eating plan to get healthier, more nutrient dense, and lower calorie foods your body can easily burn off.

Thankfully, this is where burn the fat shines.  It’s backed by rocksolid research in science, doesn’t claim to be some sort of overnight miracle cure, and actually has simple and practical concrete steps you can take to be healthier and drop that unwanted weight.

I recently came across a few personal customer reviews, which were positive enough to get me thinking that maybe I should try this out for myself.

When I started Tom’s Burn The Fat diet program in January, I weighed 317 pounds. As of Dec. 1st, I weigh 226 lbs. 91 pounds of fat gone forever is a pretty cool thing! And by the way… I turned 40 this year, so if anyone out there is thinking that you are “too old” – think again.

Chris Brooke,
Marietta, GA

I started the program at 254 lbs and 36% body fat. I am now down to 214 lbs and 22% bodyfat, so I have lost 44 lbs of fat and gained 5 lbs of lean body mass. “

Dave Mullen,
Gibsonia, PA

Many health programs sometimes work for some people.

But is there one which has universal proof of working?

Personally, I disagree; you can never be certain if you don’t experience it firsthand.

Put Tom Venuto weight loss to work for you.
