I have this pain that comes and goes. It only comes when I take a deeper breath. It is sharp and stabbing it is under my breastbone, so on the inside, not the bone. It only is in a small area. It’s not the whole breast bone. I have no other symptoms. But i have had it for about 24 hours. Please help! I have to go try out for swim team tomorrow!
