Can Vertigo And Chest Pain Be Symptoms To A Common Issue? If So, What?

September 3rd, 2009

Dizziness is also a symptom of a heart attack. If you develope shortness of breath, neck, jaw, upper back or arm pain, feel like you have indigestion, pain or pressure in your chest, start to sweat, have a sense of impending doom, headache or toothache related to jaw pain, nausea or vomiting, any of these along with your dizziness is a cause for concern. Don’t delay if you have any of these other symptoms, heart attacks are not always severely painful, some are silent and the first symptom is death. Too many people delay because they think it is only indigestion or the flu. Dizziness can be a symptom of your blood pressure dropping due to your heart beating irregularly.
Chew an aspirin, and get to an E.R. immediately if you have any of these other symptoms. Do not drive yourself.Call an ambulance, for if your heart stops enroute you will need professionals to revive you. Let the paramedics know that you took the aspirin.

Chest Pain Symptoms, Help?

September 2nd, 2009

I’ve been having pains and problems recently but I just ignore them usually.
But this is one that I don’t really want to have to ignore if it stays any longer.
The first time it happened I had been exercising, a set of pushups, a set of situps, and then moderate jogging.
After only 1 minute of moderate jogging (trust me Im not THAT unfit) I got a sharp pain in my chest, I had to stop.
The pain was spreading to my left arm.
Even any mild exercise made the pain come back, and even after the chest pain eventually went, my arm still felt weird for a long bit after.
Well, that hasnt happened again.. specifically.
Its been a few days and every day I am getting chest pain but not “arm pain”.
The problem is I don’t even have to exercise to trigger it, although I cant do more than 3 minutes jogging or else it comes back and I have to stop immediately
I can be lying down for example and whenever I breathe in, it hurts. The pain is there but milder than if I had been jogging.
If I breathe in too deeply it lingers.
I feel like I can’t breathe as “well” as I could, like something is restricting me from taking in as much air.
Im not sure if any of this relates but just incase:
If I stand up from lying down, I become very weak for a minute or so and everything goes all “bright”, this is also becoming normality as is feeling nauseous, lightheaded and inability to concentrate/irritable.
Im guessing something to do with blood pressure…?
I am very anxious/paranoid recently.
Im not being a drama queen, if it was mild I would be ignoring it like the other stuff.
I do not sleep very well and I do currently feel a bit stressed.
Im 17 years old and Ive just moved to Dubai, I havent applied for my Resident Visa (yet) because the company have taken our passports for some reason. So decent health care is at a no.. Haha.
If anyone has any ideas I would be highly grateful
I dont mind everything else Ive described until it sorts itself out but I need the chest pain to go.
