It’s been coming and going for about 15 min… I got a sudden stabbing pain in the center of my chest….no other symptoms…I came off medication for bronchitis a week ago…but I have felt fine untill 15 min ago. Any ideas?

When i get the chest pains (generally between my breastbone), i have the urge to burp and my throat swells a little, making it more difficult to swallow. September 3rd, 2009I’ve had constant heartburn since thurs. I have the burning up into my throat, regurgitation and also chest pain. I’m going to make a dr appt tomo but I was just wondering if chest pain is a symptom of heartburn. I don’t have it constantly but I’ve been getting pain in my stomach, on the left side of my chest, and below my breastbone. I’m 19 years old and healthy, just had a physical a month ago and blood and everything was fine.
