If i touch it it right between my boobs it really hurts and if I slouch to much it hurts some what too. To cough it hurts some. Im a dancer and I have recital tonight to be exact and it started bugging me last night at dress rehersal. I dont notice the pain just sitting here but if i cough or anything its odd.

Kinda feels like gas but too high, it’s about an inch left of the center of my chest and runs from about 3 inches below the colarbone down another 3-4 inches. Sometimes feels higher or lower, burping doesn’t help tried hanging upside down. No fever or any other symptoms, back pain but I am pretty sure it is unrelated as it hurt for several days before due to a fall. Doesn’t hurt to breathe or cough or turn sideways or talk or anything else like that, just about two seconds after swallowing. Any suggestions besides “seek professional help immediately” I have a doc apptmnt for next Monday, earliest available.

He said it feels like a pulled muscle and is a constant pain, but he hasn’t been doing anything strenuous. He said it gets worse when moving around and feels better when laying still. He said it is in the center of his chest and did not have any pain running down his arm or neck or any where else or any other symptoms. He is 22 and smokes . Is this his heart or could it be something else? He will not go to the doctor, I already tried to get him to go.

I drink a lot of pepsi and had gas when the chest pain first started a couple of days ago. Its not hurting intensely… it feels more like pressure. Is this acid reflux? what can I do to get rid of it?
