Is It Ok To Workout If You Have Been Experiencing Chest Pain?

Today when I woke up I noticed my chest is hurting a bit when I inhale especially deeply) or move in certain positions. Do you think it is ok for me to continue on my work out schedule tonight?
I’m Experiencing Chest Pain When Swallowing Hard Foods?
December 19th, 2009I recently started experiencing pain on the right side of my chest when I swallow hard foods. Liquids hurt as well, but the amount of pain in which I experience is exceptionally reduced.
I have recently been to the doctor and have gotten X-Rays taken. My next appointment is monday, and I am schedule for an upper G.I.
If anyone has experienced this please elaborate on your symptoms. This pain just recently appeared about a month or so ago to date. I’m 18 years old and extremely healthy.

Experiencing Chest/back Pain -can This Be A Heart Attack Warning Sign At Age 21?
October 5th, 2009Hi, a little over a week ago week ago, I suddenly starting getting terrible back pains around the center of my back. After about 5 days they started to lessen and go away but now I am experiencing a heaviness in my chest right below my left pectoral muscle for a few days. However, it is not severe. Could this be symptoms of a heart attack at age 21? Over the past year, I’ve been eating very fatty/fried foods rich in saturated fats and cholesterol (lots of pizza, cheeseburgers, pasta in vodka sauce, etc.) and as a kid I used to get chest pains occasionally when I would breathe in very deeply that would come and go. (which is not the current problem, I am able to breathe in deeply without pain)
Here’s some additional info about me
-I just turned 21 years old
-Male
-6’4″ 198lbs (194cm 89kg)
-Moderately active
-I do not smoke
-There is no history of heart disease in my family
