Hi, I’m 43 in good shape, I do exercise 3 times a week (for the past 2 years). In the past week while I’m in rest I feel minor chest pain in the left side. Should I worry or do anything ?

February 20th, 2010i’ve noticed that i have the chest pain mostly when i have the emotional stress… not physical stress. i’ve had 2 different stress tests at the dr, but it shows nothing physcially wrong with my heart. none of my ekg’s or stress tests have been when i’m actually having the chest pain. i’ve tried muscle relaxants thinking it could be muscle spasms . they didn’t help at all. can a persons heart do “funny” things from emotional stress that a physical stress test won’t pick up if i’m not having the chest pain right then?

February 17th, 2010Okay so i have had this pain in my chest every time i breath in and out and it wont go away, when ever im twisting around or moving my upper body in a fast manner it gets difficult to breathe and the pain in my chest starts to hurt a little more, also it seems to have spread to my middle of my chest to sometimes hurting on the right side peck but not often , just always on the left right by my heart. Other symptoms i have are i get the chills and also i had a little bit of a temperature the other night and i think i might have one now, other symptoms are my throat is kind of sore and my stomach has been back and forth between feelling uneasy and not , i have not puked yet but i have felt like i needed to a couple of times. I am just concerned because me and my dad got into an arguement about taking me to the hospital because he doesnt want to take me and i dont want to go if its just gonna be something little and have him be very angry at me.
Does anyone know what i might have ?
I Have High Blood Pressure Associated With Left Side Chest Pain.?
February 15th, 2010I went to the hospital yesterday to have it checked out but after a heart ultra sound and ECG and various blood tests everything was normal with my heart. What did happen though was my blood pressure went sky high and had to bought down by medication while at the hospital. Is this the cause of my left side chest and shoulder blade pain.? Even though the pain today isnt so bad as yesterday should i be concerned with my heart and health?
Is Is Normal To Have The Pain Of Shingles On Areas Where There Are No Rashes?
February 14th, 2010Three days ago, I started feeling pain and numbness under my arm and then 2 itchy bumps appeared on my back, both on the left side of my body.The doctor said that there are no lumps on my underarm (as sign of breast cancer) but when she saw the rashes on my back, she said that I may have shingles.I read facts about it and I get confused that the pain that I have is not on the same area as that of my rashes.Is this normal w/ shingles?Now, I still am under observation, awaiting for the rashes to come out so I may be given the right medication.But the pain is progressing, there are stabbing, tingling pains around the left upper side of my body.I even have a little chest pain that occurs occasionally.What else should I expect to feel as an effect or symptom of shingles.Is it also possible to have several areas of the body to develop rashes or is it really on one area only?
When You Quit Smoking Do You Still Have The Chest Pain?
February 14th, 2010I quit smoking about 2 months ago due to the chest pain and for some other reasons (dental). By the way I stopped smoking using the cold turkey method than by using any other techniques, however still have the chest pain when I take a deep deep breath, though it’s not really bad but I was hoping that it would go away after few weeks or a month. My other question is that I can’t sleep 8 hours straight every night, “sleep about 4 – 5 hours” is it because of the nicotine? Thanks in advance….

February 11th, 2010my lower back pains is especially in the morning when i wake up. It feels more like i have been bending at a odd angle tiredness.But some times i will feel better after i urinate.
Sometimes sudden chest pain/tightness, especially when breathing, hard to breathe properly.
