My wife is having sharp pain on the right side. It feels like it is in her lung. This happened all of a sudden while just sitting. Does anyone know what this can be? Thanks for any help.

December 10th, 2009Sometimes Iget a sharp chest pain when I inhale air. It is so sharp that I can’t breathe in all the way, only half way. I have to take short breaths until the pain goes away. What’s causing this? I’m in my late 20s and I didn’t eat anything today at all (so I know it’s nothing I ate). TY.
Chest Pain While Inhaling And “stabbing” Pain In Heart And Left Arm, Do I Have Angina?
September 16th, 2009I get chest pain when i inhale, this mostly happens in hot summer days, even when im just sitting around. I also get “stabbing” pain my heart and it shoots down my left arm all the way to my elbow or fingertips. 1 or 2 years ago i had the same pain and irregular heart beating, i went to the hospital and was told my heart muscle probably had a spasm… Are these signs of Angina?

September 4th, 2009What could be causing a sharp, centered chest pain when I inhale deeply? It has been occurring for almost a week now. I had a small sinus surgery three weeks ago and do not think it is an infection because I am not coughing up any mucus. I work out regularly and I’m only 16.
Any docs here?
I don’t feel like telling my parents and having to go to the hospital to get checked out.
