I DO EXCERSISE AT LEAST 3 TIMES PER WEEK I HAVE NO PAIN WHEN I EXERCISE USUALLY IT HELPS ME TO FEEL BETTER, I SLEEP USUALLY 7 HRS PER NIGHT IF I GET LESS SLEEP MY SYMPTOMS WORSEN , IM 43 AND MY DAD HAD A MASSIVE HEART ATTACK AT 63 AND DIED MY TRIGLISERIDEDS ARE HIGH AND I NEED TO LOSE 30 POUNDS BUT I HAVE A LOT OF MUSCLE I AM 5’3 I WEIGH 173 AND I WEAR A SIZE 12 PANTS AND MED SHIRTS. I DO HAVE SOME CHEST PAIN AROUND MY PERIOD RIGHT BEFORE.

January 10th, 2010I’ve tried three diffrent kinds of vitamin pills, and they all do the same thing. Some give me a headache and chest pains, one doesn’t give me the headache, but I still get the chest pain.
Is it one of the ingredients? One of the minerals? One of the amino acids or fatty acids?
My wife can take any of these vitamins with no reaction.
What’s going on with me?

December 27th, 2009Im only 19, but im worried about my chest pain. i have some chest pains when i move cirtain ways. if i stretch out my back i will get this sharp pain in my chest (like when i sit up straight), or if i move side to side (sometimes not all the time). December 24th, 2009i having being having chest pain on and off for a week or two now it seems like whenever i lay down to go to sleep my chest starts bothering me and my back starts to hurt particularly on my left side. but it becomes hard for me to got to sleep because it feels like i can’t breath and that there is a pressure on my chest. has anyone ever heard of this. i looked up my symptoms online and have found something called Pneumothorax.
