I quit smoking cold turkey recently and am experiencing a myriad of withdrawal symptoms. I’m wondering if the sharp chest pain I’ve been feeling since last night is just another symptom or a result of the exercises I’ve been doing, or possibly something else…

I Quit Smoking About 3 Months Ago, Why Am I Suddenly Experiencing Chest Pains?
February 25th, 2010Causes Of Unexplained Chest Pains For 10 Months?
February 22nd, 2010My wife has recently had an endoscopy and apparently, there is no sign of any problems in her oesophagus or in her stomach. However, every time she eats solid food and it reaches a certain point under her breast bone, it’s painful. The pain is either right in the front but most of the times feels more in her back. Moreover, now she feels the pain even when she doesn’t eat. There are no other symptoms such as heartburn or anything like that. Any ideas? Please let me know. Thanks.

Severe Troat And Chest Pain For 8 Months?
February 1st, 2010I started to notice a strange felling on the outside of my throat on the right side only when i smoked. I quit smoking but a sharp squeezing pain started occuring everyday. i noticed a lump on the side where it hurts the most. I then had to quit drinking alcohol because after i woke up the next morning from drinking a bit, my chest felt like it was going to explode the entire day. So i quit drinking but the pain started occuring everyday. It is mostly an achey feeling on the upper right side of my chest but also appears on the left. I also get sharp pains all around the lower ribs which can feel like bad cramps. Ive taken anti-biotics, alergy medication, and started on prevacid over a month ago. Ive been to the doctor five times in the last 8 months and its about to be my sixth. Other symptoms are increased anxiety, popping in right ear and right nostril, sleep apnea, back pain, and sore throat in the mornings.
I Am 6 Months Pregnant And Have Been Having Constant Stabbing Chest Pain Throughout My Chest, Is It Normal?
January 15th, 2010I had this pain about a month ago but it was really short and never came back. It has been non stop for about 6 hours; I am dizzy and short of breath. I didn’t have this problem with my first pregnancy so I am concerned as to if this is normal or not.
Chest Pain 5 Months, Doctors Can’t Explain?
January 8th, 2010I’ve had chest pain for about 5 months. 3 different hospitals, 6 different doctors. Nobody knows what is wrong with me. I’m scared., mosty about cancer.
Symptoms. Pain in the center, feels like behind the bone and sternum. Also on the right side. No pain some days. Some days it really hurts for a few hours and usually hurts a little all day. No apparent connection with food, drink, sleep or stress. No coughing, no blood, no pain when swallowing.
I had 2 x-rays which apparently look ok. I had a CT Scan which the doctor didn’t see anything obvious. He said maybe the lymph glands look a little inflamed, maybe because they were making a lot of white blood cells to fight something, maybe that something was esophogitis, maybe Motilium for 2 weeks would help.
I don’t like these “maybes”. What can I do? Is it possible for there to be cancer that a CT scan can’t see? What about the lyphm glands? Could it be cancer in there but not detectable with CT Scan? HIV? I’ve been tested for that.
I Have A Strange Chest Pain For 2 Months Now. My Doctor Cant Seem To Diagnose It. Anyone Can Give Me An Idea?
December 25th, 2009It’s a sharp pain, sometimes, burning that happens on specific points on my chest that I can pinpoint by pressing. My ECG reads ok (read twice), my echo indicated I only have mitral valve prolapse, my chest xray indicated everything normal. I even had a troponin test done which turned out negative for troponin elevation. My CBC all registered normal. My doctor suggests that its probably muscular but did not prescribe anything. This chronic pain started as one sharp pain in my left chest area below the breast which caused me to have a slight fever for 13 days. I also experienced shortness of breath and general body weakness.
All these other symptoms are gone except for this chest pain. I have hypertension (although it seems under control as Im hitting 120/70), my cholesterol is elevated and am on medication (losartan, aspirin and simvastatin). I’ve had an appendectomy before which got complicated with intestinal obstruction. I’m 37 and male. Anyone can give me an idea?
Chest Pain And Palipations Daily For 6 Months?
December 5th, 2009First off, I’m not an idiot, I have seen several specialists and continue to get follow up treatment, my doctors are stumped, so I just wanted to see if anyone has similar symptoms or any ideas?
About 6 months ago I started having really bad palpitations and intermittent chest pain, I usually feel very dizzy and naseauted. The pain is sharp upper mid/left side of my chest, and sometimes comes with chest pressure, and a feeling like my throat is closed (?) hard to describe.
I saw a cardiologist who did a stress test, echo and a full work up. Besides some PVCs and a little leaking they said everything was normal.
I also started being treated for GERD and am taking 40 mg of protonix twice a day. I was diagnosed with anxiety several years ago and have been taking .25 mg of xanax 1-4 times a day for the last 3 years. My doctor thinks it could be anxiety related, I only have normal life stress, would it be possible for me to have constant symptoms on a daily basis for 6 months?

I Went To The Dr. About 2 Or 3 Months Ago For Chest Pain. They Took Blood And Did A Chest X-ray…they Said I ?
October 22nd, 2009had…Costochondritis…. It is still going on.. I am starting to think I have a heart problem or something. I only have the pain if I move a certain way. Like when lying down and flipping over in my sleep. It is in my sternum. No other symptoms just the pain whenever I move a certain way…Here it is like 3 months later and I still get the pain on and off. It feels like the pain is in my bone rather than my heart.. any ideas?
