Chest Pain And Sharp Pains?
January 9th, 2010i woke up this morning and my chest felt kind of sore. its alot like when you have cold and if you cough alot your chest hurts when you inhale. and i didnt have this yesterday. it doesnt hurt so much when i breathe normal, more when i take a deep breath but i feel like i need to take alot of deep breaths today because of this. another symptom i have is sharp pains. it happened twice today. it would happen completely randomly and i would feel a sharp pain when i inhaled.
this is the first time this have happened and i was fine yesterday. i just woke up with these pains. any ideas as to what this could be?
i thought maybe i slept wrong but if i wake up with a pain from sleeping weird its gone after a few hours. this has been all day.

Could Chest Pains And Shortness Of Breath Be Symptoms Of Stress?
January 1st, 2010Rather than go into a brief life story of how I’ve been in a couple of toxic relationships in the last year I’ll just say how I’ve recently set to changing my lifestyle this includes eating properly going to bed and getting up at a proper time and todays been the first day I actually gone out on my bike (pushbike) in almost a year.
My finances could be better but I suppose everyone could say that I’ve had to make a lot of life altering decisions lately too, and start on my career as a writer.
I’m 32 years old, (on a good day I’m 9 and a half stone and 5’11 in height) yep I know I’m not a healthy weight for my height or age but thats the least of my problems could these chest pains (in fact they alternate to my stomach as well) and shortness of breath be stress related?

December 30th, 2009Serious question.I’m trying to figure out why I might be having chest pains.Well, I have gas and I was wondering if that could cause chest pain.People have told me it does.Also, could strain on your muscles on the left side of your chest and left arm cause chest pain and shortness of breath?A couple of days ago, I was flipping around my 50 pound niece, so could that cause these symptoms?Thanks.
When I Get Depressed I Get Strange Symptoms Such As Chest Pains And Twitching. What Should I Do?

I’m 18 years old. When I become depressed, I get symptoms such as Chest Pains and Twitching. The Chest Pains almost feel as if i’m being shot in the middle of my chest several times. They’re usually 20-30 seconds apart from each other. (almost like a heart beat, but much slower) The twitching only occurs from the chest up. (arms, neck, and face) It occurs every 10-30 seconds. This never happens when i’m not depressed.
Also, I seem to be extremely careless when i’m depressed. I can’t stop thinking about all crap in my life. I almost feel as if it would be easier to give everything up.
Are these symptoms normal? I’m extremely scared, please help.
(ps. I look a lot younger than 18 years old and i’m shorter than most people my age. Could this have anything to do with it?)

Question About Anxiety Causing Chest Pain And Other Pains?
November 21st, 2009Well, several months ago I was having chest pains and after several tests (EKG, heart monitor and echogardiagram) the Drs told me all was ok and it was anxiety. I am pretty sure it was just anxiety since I never had any chest pains till I had an anxiety attack and the pains started 2 days after my first anxiety attack. After I found out the tests were all normal the pains got much better but later slowly started coming back and now I am having pain in my shoulder, ribs, up and down the upper arms (usually the left) and a “stabbing” pain in my back. None of these pains are bad pain but it just worries me, which could be the reason I have the pains in the first place. The Dr’s haven’t ran any more tests but assure me I am fine. How do I know If something really is wrong if anxiety is causing pains? I also don’t want the Dr to dismiss my pain b/c they think Im a paranoid freak. Anyone have an opionion on this or went through something similar?
