Recently, I have been experiencing a sharp pain just by the left side of my sternum. It doesn’t occur frequently though, probably less than five times a month. However, it lasts for a couple of hours and happens only when I move in a particular way and when I inhale sharply. I have yet to spot any definite pattern to this – it just happens at random moments. I doubt it’s anything cardiovascular. I exercise regularly and do not eat unheathily. However, I’m still concerned. Thanks!
