Chest Pain – Cardiac Reason …….?

I had chest pain , breathlessness one year back . I had my ECG , TMT , CT Angio done , which came negative .The symptoms remained there for six months & then disappeared without taking any medication
Now after 6 months , they have re appeared ..The problem appears , when I climb the stair case , do exercise or in the state of anger
As per doctor , if the tests were negative 6 months back , then these fresh symptoms can’t be due to any cardiac reason ., as arteries blockages can’t develop so fast .
Can somebody let me know hat apart from cardiac reason or indigestion , can there be any other reason for my symptoms

What Could Be The Reason For This Chest Pain?

I have a pain in my chest, between my right breast and breast bone. I sometimes feel pain to the right of my right breast. I’ve had this pain off and on for 9 months. The pain is sometimes brought on by swallowing something big, like this morning it hurt after swallowing some pills and an accidental air bubble. I’ve and an upper GI nothing abnormal was found.
I’m convinced this is a lung issue. I am an ‘on again off again’ smoker. In the past 9 months I have quit for up to 2 months at a time and the pain went away. I have now been smoking for about 1 month again, less than 10 cigarettes a day, and the pain is worse. It’s especially prominent in the morning. I’m short of breath with light activity, (stairs, walking)…more so than I ever have been when smoking. I have a slight smokers cough in the morning but no sputum to speak of. I also know from previous allergy testing that I’m allergic to cigarette smoke.

I have a very noticeable pain in my chest for almost 15 hours now and it seems to be right in the middle of my chest where my heart is. It seems to get worse when I pick up heavy things or move the wrong way. It is the only symptom I am having so I know it’s not a heart attack. Pls. help..:(

What Does It Mean If I Have Chest Pain When I Run?

I’ve been having these pains since I was in middle school. When I’m in shape(like through sports) they get better but has always hurted when I ran, just not as much. It’s like the longer I run the worse the pain gets. I niether smoke or drink as well. For some reason, I can’t seem to convince my doctor that it’s serious.
So is he wrong or am I wrong.
Also, I went to my family doctor and told him about it twice. He said it could be heaart burn and he suggested that I cut down on drinking milk. He was wrong and he says don’t worry about it but it’s not like it’s mild pain, it hurts right in the middle of my chest and feels like I got punched there or something.

Methylprednisolone For Chest Pain From Bronchitis And Asthma. Chest Still Hurts – Is It Bad To Take Refill?

Was given a 6-day treatment of MethylPrednisolone to stop the inflammation. Was getting massive chest pain and tightness. Felt like there were weights sitting on me. Doc gave me the option of a refill in case it didn’t go away completely. Said it should help with the chest pain/pressure.
I’m still experiencing the chest pain, not as intense, but it still hurts. Is it bad to take the MethylPrednisolone for another 6-days? I know she gave me the refill for a reason, but I’m just worried because it’s a steroid.

Exercise For Love Handles – If Side Bends Don’t Work – What Will?

There are many web sites and articles out there that promise to reveal how to shed fat from your love handles. Sadly most of it’s just fluff & rubbish. Usually setup to try and sell you some expensive equipment or diet pills.

The main suspect in the exercise for love handles niche is the side bend. You hold something above your head, usually a broom handle or stick and then lean or bend left, then right. Then repeat, repeatedly. Get real! Of course, they rarely work.

The fact they won’t work is that targeting one particular area to lose weight from is nigh on impossible. You’ll get a lot of know it alls telling you they do indeed work. They do work, but only if you do them with a whole all round system and not just “spot” training.

Doing side bends as part of an all round workout will definitely get you success. Couple the thorough workout with decent eating habits and you’ve cracked it. The fact is, to lose weight (or fat) you need to burn more energy than you consume.

Consuming energy means eating it, usually food. To burn energy off you simply have to do something that is active. Exercise usually. You can burn energy off (exercise) with any form of activity.

Any of these will do … Swimming, jogging, cycling, walking, and making love even! Any exercise at all is better than no exercise at all. The reason a lot of us are overweight is we eat food that is stuffed with calories. Then we fail to burn those calories off.

Why Do I Get Chest Pain Everytime I Get My Period?

The chest pain starts a few days before my period starts and usually goes away when it ends. Sometimes it’s accompanied with shortness of breath. What do you think is the reason? I am going to the doctor just not now.
I’ve been tested for Anemia but I don’t have it.
