I’ve been having a discomfort/pain on the right side of my chest for a little over a week. The pain is not constant. I only feel it when I reach my right arm across my body. I don’t believe it is anything to do with my heart but I am beginning to worry that it has not gone away yet. Could I have pulled a muscle? Thanks.
