A few years ago the Dr. thought I might have multiple myeloma, (and then changed her mind) but the symptoms seem similar.
I’m hoping for anemia but she only wanted me to go back to see her every year in June.
Any help?

There are no other symptoms like difficulty in breathing or pains going up my arm but there is no doubt that I am quite unfit. Im not overweight, very skinny actually and weigh 57 kilos at 14 years of age. (please no answers where you just assume that my health is in danger and I need to see a doctor immediately when you havent evaluated the many factors that could be causing the pain)

It started with me feeling like I was coming down with a cold. Then one night I started having chest pain and it felt like something was stuck in my throat. The next day I woke up with a headache, soar throat and really tired. I’ve also been having pain in the upper left side of my stomach it feels like something is pressing on my ribs and when I try to eat I can only eat small amounts because it feels like the food isn’t digesting. When I walk I start getting really out of breath and kind of dizzy. During the first week I was also having fevers and night sweats.
I’ve been to 3 different doctors a total of 4 times during september and they don’t know what’s wrong. The first doctor told me I have mono and gave me a cbc and urine test (but no actually mono test) which came back fine. When I went for the follow up visit they had me see a different doctor who said I don’t have mono and refused to test me for it because she said they only give the test if they REALLY think you have it and according to her I didn’t.
Then I went to a completely different doctor’s office and asked for the mono spot test, and they gave it but it was negative. So she gave me antibiotics, which haven’t helped. I’m still having pain in my chest and stomach left side my throat hurts on the right side, and when I look in my mouth I can see a white dot on my right tonsil. I’ve also been really tired and if I lay on the left side it hurts bad. It’s really worrying me and scarying me that I can’t figure out what’s wrong. I’m only 23 and I’ve never been sick this long before. It’s also strange because I was fine before and it seems like the symptoms came out of nowhere.

I have been to the doctors and a lot of my tests are abnormal but they cannot find the exact cause of my symptoms and test results. I am a 24 year old female. I have a pacemaker for 3 years now. Here is a list of my symptoms: chest pain on and off (same spot always, shortness of breath easily, rapid heart rate( now resolved most of the time due to my ablation of my heart), dizziness, weakness. My doctors so far have diagnosed me with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. My oxygen drops only with minimal exercise from 100% to 80% in 5 minutes jogging on tread mill. The doctors have no clue why with exertion my heart rate goes to 160’s (after ablation) and oxygen down to 80% with minimal exercise. Please help me. I do not have faith in doctors anymore.

And then back pain started to appear in between the shoulder blades, began to hurt more after i woke up this morning. and the chest pain is like near the stomach pain and on my mid-left of my chest. Now my hands are cold and when I feel my head it’s hot. But no headache? is it a fever?
This hasn’t happened to me before, is it normal?
is there something i can do or take, to make it go away?
