For the last 5 days or so i’ve been suffering almost constant pain in my upper back (between my shoulder height but not my shoulders) and a heavy feeling in my chest. The feeling in my chest seems to come and go. For the first few days I had a sore throat but that seems to have gone. The back pain is much worse when I wake up in the morning, I can hardly lift my daughter out of the cot. I’ve tried changing pillows and it doens’t make a difference. The chest pain is kind of like the pain you would have if you’d had a heavy night on the booze & fags except I’ve of course not been touching either since am pregnant and haven’t for months bar the odd glass of wine (perhaps 5 times in my preg so far ).
I am 14 wks pregnant tomorrow – does this sound like any kind of pregnancy symptoms you’ve heard of/had or do you think i should call my doc and make an appointment?
