For the last few days it has been more noticeable. Its on the left side. It isn’t painful, but it’s more of a nuisance. I seem to feel it more when I am doing nothing (like watching TV).
As for the location, it is about as the level of my elbow and right about where my lowest rib is. It seem to be a little swollen, but nothing you can see (you would have to feel both sides to sense it). It also seems to flair up more when I am tired or stressed.
I have looked up the symptoms online, but really can’t find anything on it. Any Idea? I know I probably need to see a doctor. I will as soon as I can.

It last no more than a min. and all the info I can find states that heart attacks last at least a few minutes. I have had left arm pain,dizziness,coldness,and upper back pain along with sweating for a good while but now I also have the chest pain that comes and goes. This can happen even when I am resting. Anyone know what this could be?

Last night it started with a backache/headache and then my chest started to hurt. My wrists and elbows started to ache and I just felt terrible. My ears also hurt pretty bad and my throat. Not when I would swallow but my neck would just radiate pain…feeling like its coming from my throat and it went down into my chest? I couldn’t sleep all night as I was in aching pain. I don’t have a fever. This morning I feel a little better but all symptoms are still there and I’m very tired. Could this be the start of pneumonia…should I just give in and go get it checked out. I hate to go and just be told its just a virus.

then ill see doc if it dont go away by then. <– i know that sounds bad

Symptoms: first there was severe pain caused by swollen lymph nodes behind her right ear; that progressed to severe internal pain near her left shoulder blade which has persisted; if she lies very still on her back the pain dissipates; lymph nodes behind right ear and in neck are inflamed but no longer cause pain
Diagnostic tests: CT scan (chest and back) was negative
Pain medications: doctors have prescribed Tylenol with codeine and OxyContin
Doctors have not been able to diagnose.

A girl on my team recently had chronic bronchitis, are these the same symptoms? I have not had a severe cold or cough in the past month and do not have one now.

At times it also has been radiating under my arms. Part of the time it is very dull, and others it is stabbing. And then there are times where I have not pain at all.
I’m 22. I have had a cold recently. A little cough, but that has gotten better over the last few days.

Is this a symptom of something like pleurisy or something. I do not have any flu symptoms, or any other problems other than this pain!
