whenever i take a too big a gulp of water my chest has a sharp pain that is really bad, it has only started recently while at karate, why is it there and what can i do to stop it?

Sever Body Aches, Chest Pain, No Idea What It Is?
February 10th, 2010I really dont know whats going on with me. I posted a couple days ago about a chest cold, at least thats what i thought it was. Yesterday I was feeling a tad better….today…omg…. My whole body is so tender…i cant have anyone touching me it hurts so bad. I am having random spurts of sharp chest pain on the right and left side. And i feel like its hard to breath most of the time. I havent been coughing as much and no other real symptoms other than being really tired. And loopy at times.
I havent been doing anything different. The only thing that has changed is that I am on a prescribed diet pill (Adipex) to loose a few pounds i gained from birth control.
Any input is helpful. Thanks.

February 9th, 2010I was at work and I got a little thirsty, so I bought a cherry coke out of the machine. I went into the lunchroom and took a drink and as soon as I swallowed it my chest hurt really bad. I couldn’t stand, so I sat in a chair. The pain lasted for at least a minute, then it slowly faded away. Later on I finished the soda with no problem. What could have caused the pain?

February 8th, 2010For about a month and a half now I have been experiencing sharp to dull pain in my chest. I do not get any shortness of breath, and I am not experiencing any cold or flu symptoms. My chest just hurts at random times; it happens when I stretch, when i am lying down doing nothing, sitting down, you name it.
I am 25, a bit over weight, no health insurance, and no money to go see a doctor. The pain went away for a few days, but then it returned again. Then just 2 days ago I experienced extremely sharp pain in my right boob, and it completely went away the next day. I do not know what to do, it has me really worried. Any suggestions?

February 6th, 2010It’s kind of a pressure when I’m not breathing, but when I do I would describe it as a sharp pain. It also hurts a little when I press on my chest. It’s fine when I first wake up and progresses throughout the day. It’s constant pain and not episodes. I doubt it’s a heart attack considering I’m 18, exercise 2+ hours 5-6 days a week, don’t eat too much junk, and there is no history of heart conditions in my family. Don’t recommend I go to the ER unless you’re paying.
